COMPETITION

For students who want to test their training in a safe, controlled environment, we have a competition team. We train for multiple tournaments throughout the year, which are hosted by one of the most elite competitive Karate leagues in the world. From beginner to advanced level practitioners, everyone can benefit by putting themselves on the mat to prove to themselves what they're made of.

First and foremost, we teach sportsmanship. Win, lose, or draw, our opponents are there to help us become better. We work to become the best we can be to help our opponents become better as well.

A goal without a plan is just a wish. Every athlete sets their goals and has a training roadmap leading them to their goal.

COMMUNITY

Not only do you become friends with your teammates, but you become friends with your rivals as well. Over multiple tournaments, you will encounter the same people in your divisions who will push you to become better at every match. The AAU National Karate Program's superior ethics of sportsmanship and excellence fosters an environment that makes everyone better.
